  • Landing pages
  • Third-party platforms

You explicitly consent to:

  • Being contacted via call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS
  • Receiving service-related communication, proposals, and follow-ups

You acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the information presented before submitting details
  • You are interested in exploring or availing services

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • All information shared with Growthify is accurate and truthful
  • You have authority to act on behalf of your business (if applicable)
  • Any misuse of services or misrepresentation will result in termination of engagement

5. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance, unless agreed otherwise
  • Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined in proposals or agreements
  • Delay in payments may result in pause or termination of services

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Growthify retains the right to:

  • Use work executed (ads, creatives, strategies, results) as:
    • Case studies
    • Portfolio material
    • Marketing & advertising content

This includes:

  • Screenshots
  • Performance metrics
  • Before/after results

Confidential data (like passwords, financials, or sensitive internal data) will never be disclosed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep business-sensitive information confidential
  • Not disclose proprietary strategies or internal processes

8. Limitation of Liability

Growthify is not liable for:

  • Business losses, revenue drops, or indirect damages
  • Platform-related issues (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.)
  • Changes in ad performance due to external factors

All services are provided on a best-effort and expertise basis, not guaranteed outcomes.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We work with platforms like:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Shopify
  • CRM tools
  • Etc.

We are not responsible for:

  • Policy changes
  • Account bans/suspensions
  • Platform outages

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate services if:
    • Payments are delayed
    • Misconduct occurs
    • Scope is violated

No obligations remain post termination except pending dues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
